The proposed remodeling consists of a kitchenette area integrated in the dining room, three bedrooms (two in suite), a common bathroom, a corridor and a living room.

In a second phase, the intention is to extend the house by creating five accommodation units, two of them, at level 307, with conditions for disabled mobility that will consist of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a toilet, the other 3 units are at level 310.06 and are each composed of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a toilet.
