Construction of single-family house with swimming pool type T3 spread over two floors.

The architecture used is simple, straight lines and modern design combined with traditional coverage in Portuguese ceramic tile. The volumes are arranged in order to follow the natural slope of the land with the construction of the pool at the lowest levels of the lot's limit.

Exposure to East and South is valued with the opening of glass panels on the facades with this orientation.
