The construction is intended for housing and consists of three volumes.

The main one has two floors in which the suites are distributed on the 1st floor and the living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor, with the main entrance.

The other two volumes are intended for support: the first with a leisure area to support the pool and the second with a SPA.

​ With simple architecture, straight lines and a modern design combined with a traditional Portuguese ceramic tile roof. The volumes are arranged in such a way as to follow the natural slope of the land with the construction of the swimming pool at the lower elevations of the lot boundary.
