The proposed building will be developed on one floor. The main entrance will be allowed through the street to the east and the connection to the basement for the private parking (with 17 parking spaces), to the southeast. 

At the formal and functional level, the building will consist of different spaces. We will have, through the main entrance, the space destined to the accommodation of the “owner of the house”, composed of 3 rooms (one of them with dimensions and conditions for accommodation for people with disabilities and which will be complemented with a private sanitary installation), sanitary facilities , a kitchen and a room that will serve as a breakfast room and a reception area for users with three connections to the outside, one for the leisure area (pool and garden) and the other two for access to the 15 accommodation units.
