The proposed building will be developed on a single floor.​ The main entrance will be allowed by the street to the East and the connection to the basement for the private parking (with 17 parking spaces), to the Southeast.

​ At a formal and functional level, the building will be composed of spaces with different functionalities and uses. We will have, through the main entrance, the space for the accommodation of the "owner of the house", consisting of 3 bedrooms (one of them with dimensions and conditions for accommodation for disabled people and which will be complemented with a private sanitary installation), sanitary facilities , a kitchen and a room that will serve as a breakfast room and a reception area for users with three connections to the outside, one to the leisure area (swimming pool and garden) and the other two to access the 15 accommodation units.
