Recovery and alteration of an urban building. The urban building consists of five independent divisions, two for apartments and three for commerce / services, with no habitability conditions and whose construction / typology dates back to 1951.

It is intended to recover the three existing trade / services divisions at the level of the 0 floor and to change the composition of the two apartments spaces in three apartments.

At the level of urban integration, externally, it will be recovered in all its aspects, including, on the South façade, there is a part of its component that is not integrated as a whole and a small adaptation will be proposed to meet the existing.
